ORGANIZER
TÜYAP Fairs and Exhibitions Organization Inc. has
been organizing fairs and exhibitions in Turkey, to promote the products
of various sectors, as well as promoting Turkey abroad, since 1979. Tüyap
has been given the First Certificate of Authorization by the Turkish Prime
Ministry Undersecretariat of Treasury and Foreign Trade.
In addition to the domestic fairs, TÜYAP has organized
Turkish ýndustry and Trade Exhibitions in the U.S.A., France, the People's
Republic of China, the Russian Federation Tunusia, Jordan the Federal
Republic of Germany, Algeria, the Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary,, Romania,
Yugoslavia, Azerbaijan, Ukrania, Uzbekistan, Kazakhistan, Turkmenistan
and Moldovia.

THE
COST OF PARTICIPATION AND FAIR SERVICES
The cost of participation inluding stand construction
is 220 US$/sqm and 200 US$ / sqm with no stand construction. The fair
unit price is defined for bare floor with no stand construction. Stand
construction fee is 0 US$ /sqm. The services which are or are not included
in this cost have been listed Under Participation Conditions. As soon
as your participation to the fair is confirmed, TÜYAP will send you
a form which will show you the optional stand equipment and services
and give you information on the standards of the fair catalogue. It
is also possible to give a special advertisement in this catalogue.
The extra price for this will be stated in the participation certificate.
BOOKING
AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Complete the form and transfer 50% of the total
amount due to Ýþ Bank Zincirlikuyu Branch - Ýstanbul/Turkey; for US$
payments account number 729, for DM payments account number 6901. Please
fax and mail the copy of the money transfer receipt together with the
form to Tüyap. The remaiining balance should be paid at the latest 30
days prior to the opening of the fair.
EXHIBITION
SYSTEM AND STAND APPLICATION
Customers can make different applications in accordance
with the layout plan at their own expense. Two days is given to each
customer for stand preparation. Please contact TÜYAP Technical Service
for additional information, as well as for details of standard stand
that can be provided by Tüyap.

FAIR
SECURITY AND INSURANCE
Fair security will be undertaken by TÜYAP. Items
that will be exhibited can not be removed from the fairgrounds unless
signed authorization is taken fromTÜYAP. It is advised that the exhibitors
insure their exhibits against all risks at their own expense. TÜYAP will
take no responsibility for uninsured losses.
FAIR
PUBLICTY
Visitors from exhibitors' target customers will
receive invitations by direct mailing. For the promotion of the fair,
TÜYAP will give press advertisements. A private catalogue will also
be prepared for this fair.

is the offical advertising agency at the fairgrounds.
It is sole authorized organization to execute fairground related publicity
activities and renting out advertising space, both indoors and outdoors.
